Cancellation and Returns Policy

Cancellation of orders

The customer has the right to cancel any order they have placed on fashionstrass.com and receive a refund of their money, as long as it is done within 24 hours after the order and as long as the order has not been shipped. In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must wait to receive the merchandise and then return the order. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. To cancel an order, please contact us. For articles with a delivery period of more than 5 days, the cancellation period is 48 hours, and cannot be canceled once processed and shipped.

Return or exchange of a product

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in the original conditions (packaging, boxes, etc., in perfect condition) within 14 days of receipt, and as long as the product remains in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We will proceed to the full refund of the purchase amount. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Attention!!! Wrong or defective product
